In view of the weather warning for the south of the UK this week, it will be left to the discretion of team contacts as to whether you play or postpone the game this week. If postponed, please re-arrange the date asap and certainly BEFORE the last scheduled game of the competition, and inform Diane of when the game will be played. If you decide to play, please make sure that water is available for all players and STAY SAFE.

As we begin to enter the final stages of county competitions, it's time to return those trophies you still have in your possession from last year. Please return them to either Judy Plater or Steve Goff either during quarter-finals or semi-finals weeks.

Over the weekend, Buckinghamshire teams were out in force in the Balcomb Trophy and the Walker Cup. The regional final of the Balcomb was played at Gerrards Cross BC on Saturday 30th May with a revised format of pairs, triples and fours. Bucks played Beds in their first game, winning overall by 2 shots and picking up a total of six points of the eight available. In the second game, playing Berkshire, they only managed to grab a further two points, giving them an overall total

The draw for the last 16 of the Bucks Cup was made before the HCL game at Waddesdon on Saturday 16th May. However, this will not be published until after the completion of the leagues games.

The draws are available to view by logging into the Bucks Portal. This year, competitors (once both results are known) will receive an automated email with details of their next opponents. We are also planning to link the portal's competition draws/results to the BBA website for easier viewing. Work on this should be completed shortly.

There have been a few revisions to the entries for the Ray Keen Association League for 2026, owing to a number of late entries. Two leagues are affected - Central and Southern Blue - so please check the latest fixture lists, which were uploaded this afternoon. An updated contact list has also been made available on the link. This will be the last revision, as all five divisions are now at capacity and no more late entries can be accepted.

New for 2026 - Match applications All matches can now be applied for via the Bucks Portal. Whether its inter-county friendlies, Middleton Cup, Balcomb, Johns Trophy, Walker Cup - they can all be found on the portal and you are encouraged to apply for them.
